I need to change my shipping address

Update your shipping address yourself before your deck is confirmed for print — and what to do after.

Before you approve your deck for print — self-serve

Until you confirm your deck for printing, you can change the shipping address yourself, no support needed:

  • On your order page: use the "Edit shipping address" button in the printed-order header at the top of the page.

  • Via the Order Assistant: tap the (?) button in the bottom-right corner of your order page and tell it your new address. It shows you a confirmation card — nothing changes until you confirm — and emails you once the address is updated.

  • During print approval: the "Confirm & Send to Print" step always shows your address for a final review, and you can correct it right there.

After your deck is confirmed for print

Once you approve the deck for printing, the address is locked because production starts immediately. Email us at support@tails-ai.com with your order number and the correct shipping address as soon as possible — if the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

After your order ships

Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the shipping address. Contact your local postal service with your tracking number for redirect options.
