• We own our AI technology, website design, and service infrastructure
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are our property

Personalized Goods Exemption

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, products that are custom-made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are not subject to the standard 14-day withdrawal right. This applies to all Tails AI products, as each is uniquely generated from your personal photos.

Digital Content

By placing your order, you consent to the immediate creation and delivery of your digital content. You acknowledge that this begins the personalized creation process.

• As a personalized product, standard return policies do not apply

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. This guarantee covers unlimited self-service edits through our built-in card editor, allowing you to regenerate any card until you are fully satisfied with the result.

For printed deck orders where production has not yet started, we refund the difference between the printed and digital tier. The digital version, already delivered and personalized, remains accessible to the customer.
