I ordered the wrong deck or want to cancel my order
Ordered the wrong product or changed your mind? Before your deck is created you can cancel self-serve on your order page; once created, purchases are final — but free edits can fix almost anything.

If you accidentally ordered an Oracle deck instead of a Tarot deck (or vice versa), or selected the wrong tier, please contact us immediately at support@tails-ai.com with your order number. We'll do our best to help.
Want to cancel your order?
Your deck is only created after your explicit go-ahead on your order page. If you haven't given it yet, you can cancel yourself — open your order page and choose the refund option instead of approving creation. The refund is scheduled and processed automatically after 5 business days, back to your original payment method, and you can change your mind and cancel the refund at any point before then.
Once your deck has been created, all purchases are final: each deck is a unique, personalized product made from your photos — it can't be taken back, restocked, or resold. Instead of a refund, use your included free edits to make it perfect: every plan comes with a free edit allowance, everyone gets 20 free relaxed-pace (slower) edits every day, and fixing genuine rendering defects is always free.
Printed orders stay flexible a little longer: until you confirm your deck for printing, you can switch to the digital edition right on your order page — we refund the difference between the printed and the digital price, and the complete digital deck stays yours.
On the payment page, there are two clearly labeled options: "Full Deck – Digital" and "Printed Deck", each with a description explaining exactly what's included. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.
