Creator Program terms

These terms (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the Tails Creator Program (the “Program”). The Program is run by Galko Andrey EI, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001, Paris, France (“Tails”, “we”, “us”). By joining the Program you accept this Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

To join the Program, you must:

• be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement;
• give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date;
• share Tails with a real audience, through channels you own or control;
• not be part of the Tails team or act on its behalf.

We may review sign-ups, and we may decline or close any creator account at our discretion.

Once your account is active, you get a personal link. When someone clicks it, we store a first-party cookie in their browser for 30 days.

• A purchase is credited to you when it is made in that browser within 30 days of the click.
• If the buyer clicked more than one creator's link, the last creator click before the purchase gets the credit.
• Purchases you make yourself, or that use your own email address or account, are never credited.
• Purchases we can't track — for example on another device, with cookies blocked or cleared, or after the window ends — can't be credited.

We decide which purchases are credited based on our own tracking records.

You earn 20% of the net revenue from each credited purchase: the amount we actually receive, excluding VAT and other sales taxes, and after any refunds.

• Add-ons bought for a credited order count as credited purchases.
• For subscriptions, only the first payment earns a commission; renewals don't.
• Commissions are calculated in US dollars. Purchases in other currencies are converted at the exchange rate we use when the commission is recorded.
• Your rate is shown in your dashboard. A change to your rate applies only to purchases made after the change.

Each commission is held for 60 days after the purchase, because customers may ask for a refund during that time. After the hold, it becomes available for payout.

• If a purchase is refunded, disputed or charged back, its commission is reversed, even after the holding period.
• If a reversed commission was already paid out, we deduct it from your future commissions.
• Commissions from purchases that break this Agreement, such as self-referrals or prohibited promotion, are void, and we may reclaim them.

You can request a payout from your dashboard once your available balance reaches $50.00.

• We pay by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer (ACH for US accounts, IBAN for others). Payouts are sent manually by our team after we review the request.
• You're responsible for giving correct payout details. New or changed details must be confirmed from your email, and changed details can receive payouts 72 hours after you confirm them.
• You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may ask for tax information and report payments to tax authorities where the law requires it.

To keep the Program fair for customers and creators, you must not:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where it isn't welcome;
• make misleading claims about Tails, our products, prices, discounts or delivery times;
• list your link on coupon, voucher, deal or cashback sites, or in browser extensions;
• bid on Tails, tails-ai.com or similar brand terms, including misspellings, in paid search;
• run paid social media ads that use our brand name;
• earn commission on your own purchases (self-referrals);
• set cookies without a real click, for example with hidden frames, pop-ups or automatic redirects (cookie stuffing);
• pretend to be Tails or suggest that you speak for us;
• place your link next to content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or violent.

If you break these rules, we may void the affected commissions, suspend your account or end this Agreement.

You must clearly disclose your relationship with Tails whenever you share your link or promote us, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and similar rules where you and your audience live.

• Place the disclosure where people see it before they click, for example “#ad” or “affiliate link”, not hidden among other hashtags.
• Only share honest opinions about Tails, and never claim to have used a product you haven't.

You can leave the Program at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or close your creator account, or end the Program, at any time, and immediately if you break this Agreement.

When the Agreement ends, your link stops earning. Commissions earned before then are still paid under these terms once their holding period is over, unless they came from a breach of this Agreement.

We may change this Agreement or the commission terms. We'll let you know about important changes, for example by email or in your dashboard, and changes apply from the date shown. If you keep sharing your link after a change, you accept the updated terms.

• You're an independent creator, not our employee, agent or partner, and you can't make commitments on our behalf.
• We process the information you give us, including your payout details (which we store encrypted), as described in our Privacy Policy.
• This Agreement is available in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version controls.
