What do I get with a digital deck? How do I download my cards?

What's included in a digital deck, how the high-resolution ZIP works, re-downloading after edits, and getting card backs.

What's included

A digital deck includes high-resolution images of all your personalized cards, available from your order page. You can download cards individually or as a ZIP archive of the whole deck.

If you ordered the Printed Deck tier, you receive both a physical copy delivered to your address and all the digital downloads.

How the ZIP download works

  • When you request the download, we first upscale every card to full print resolution, then package the deck and email you a download link. This usually takes about 2 minutes.

  • The first time you download, you'll be asked to confirm a short consent — standard for personalized digital products.

Re-downloading after edits

Made changes since your last download? Just request the download again — the archive is always rebuilt fresh and contains the latest applied version of every card. (If an edit is still processing, the download waits until it finishes, so you never get a stale card.)

Why can image sizes differ slightly between cards?

Each card is generated individually, so the raw images can start out at slightly different pixel dimensions. The download pipeline upscales every card to high resolution before packaging, so all cards in your ZIP are print-quality — small dimension differences between files are normal and won't affect print results.

What can I do with the digital cards?

  • Use them on your phone or tablet for digital readings.

  • Print them at home or through a local print provider.

  • Share individual cards on social media.

  • Frame your favorites as wall art.

Downloading card backs

Digital card images show the front of each card. Card backs aren't included in the ZIP — instead, pick and download the back design you prefer from our card-back library, which you can also reach from your order page.
