How gift delivery works, how a recipient accesses the deck, and how to move an order to a different email address.
Gifting at checkout
When ordering, you can toggle "Send as a gift" and enter the recipient's name and email plus an optional personal message. When the deck is ready, the recipient receives the deck email directly — with your message and your name on it — while the payment receipt stays with you. Perfect for surprises.
Already bought it under your own email?
No problem — you have two easy options:
Just share the link. Your order page link (from your confirmation or deck-ready email) is all the recipient needs to view, edit, and download the deck. Forward the email or send them the link.
Transfer the order to their email. If you'd like the order to live under the recipient's own email address — so they receive all future emails and can access it independently — contact support@tails-ai.com with your order number and the new email address, and we'll move it over.
Mistyped your email at checkout?
The same applies: email support@tails-ai.com with your order number (from your payment receipt) and the correct address, and we'll update the order.
Access in the Tails mobile apps
Our mobile apps show the decks that belong to the signed-in email address. For a gift recipient to see the deck in the apps, the order needs to be under their email — either because you used the gift option at checkout, or after support transfers the order to them.
